Complete the Internet form or return the Brochure form to our office accompanied by proof of payment or by the credit card payment authorization form included in the registration form.
No reservation can be guaranteed until we have received a down payment and/or full payment.

Extra cost for less than 2 weeks reservation (with or without accommodation):50€

DOWN PAYMENT

French course without accommodation : 100€ per week of course.
French course with accommodation : 200 € per week of course.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Important notes

• Whichever means of payment you have chosen, please make sure the names of the students,the dates of course and the invoice number are clearly indicated.
• Please note that the bank charges for transfers are at your expenses.
• Also, once the transfer has been effected, you are requested to fax through a copy (duly stamped with the Bank's identification mark), of same to Payment Service on the following number :

PAYMENT OF BALANCE

As above. We should receive the balance at least 30 days before your arrival without further notice on our part.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION

DEPOSIT (only for students in residence, campus or host family)

A deposit of 50 € per student must be made by the student on the day of arrival before taking possession of the room. This deposit may be paid in cash, Traveller’s Check or credit card.
This deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure, minus any breakage expense, missing items, costs
of repairs or any cleaning that may be necessary.
