The setting: This residence is set in a quiet neighborhood 600 meters from the beaches and 450 meters from the shops of Juan-les-Pins. Enjoy the terrace, TV room, (small) swimming pool, as well as the bars and snack bar ("Le Castel Café") that are open from April to October. The residence also has delightful gardens.

Situated in a quiet area between Antibes and Juan-les-Pins:
- 1,2 km from our main school ("Le Château")
- 600 m from the sandy beaches of Juan-les-Pins
- 450 m from Juan-les-Pins center.
- 1 km from Antibes town Center
- 25 km from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (20 / 30 mn by car).
Description : a Moorish building exclusively reserved for our students.
- The residence offers 26 rooms in a building with 3 levels.
- The free swimming-pool is about 30 m² (with outdoor furniture) and is available for our students (in common with Lou Mas residence) from April to October.
- A nice garden surrounds the residence and is available for our students.
- A snack bar with a large terrace (Castel Café) is situated between the two residences and is available for our students (in common with Lou Mas residence) from April to October.
- Food and drink vending machines are available on site.
- A TV room is available for our students.
- Inside the residence, the students can use the 2 public telephones with cards (sold at the reception).

Full board :
Breakfast , lunches and diners are taken at the school "Le château".

How to go to school :
A daily free shuttle will take the students to school (courses and meals are taken at the school "Le Château")

The rooms: Here are 30 light, airy rooms each with private shower and WC.
Sheets are provided for the duration of your stay and changed every week. Towels are not provided.
A payphone is available that can be used for outgoing and incoming calls. A fax service is also available (a charge is made).
- Rooms are approximately 14 to 20 m².
- Rooms are made up of :
- One room (with one or two single beds).
- One bathroom with toilets and shower.
- There is no telephone in the rooms. However, the students can use the 2 public telephones.

Sheets are supplied to the student for the entire stay and are changed each week.

Iron and ironing board (on request at the reception).

Light cleaning is done every day in the rooms, thorough cleaning once a week. However, occupants are asked to maintain their room in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
Towels are not provided.
All messages (phone and fax) will be on the information board in the campus. Please note that the staff at residence can not transfer the phone calls directly to the students, nor go and get the students in their room.
